Founder & Director

Stewart brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience within the Automotive Aftermarket, including senior sales and marketing roles across multinational and SME environments. He progressed to Sales Director for the UK & Ireland division of a globally recognised automotive component manufacturer before founding JSL Solutions.

Having operated at board level, Stewart understands the commercial pressure behind every critical hire. He works directly with CEOs and senior leaders to secure commercially capable talent that strengthens performance, protects culture and delivers long-term value.

His approach is measured, accountable and grounded in real operational experience, not recruitment theory.
