Location: Manchester

Salary: £25K - £30K with £100K+ OTE, BMW and excellent benefits

The Company

This is a unique opportunity to join an established and exciting technology company which has seen steady and significant growth over recent years. Having recently moved in to modern and recently furnished offices in Manchester, they are making significant investments in all areas of the business.

They have just been awarded a second prestigious award for innovation for a solution designed to help their customers manage their fleets efficiently and safely.

The Role

You will also be responsible for converting company generated appointments. You will be selling their Award-Winning Vehicle / Mobile Tracking, DashCam & Lone Worker Protection Solutions.

Targeting all businesses across the UK, promoting their portfolio of products and services through a proactive consultative sales approach.

Manage sales pipeline, through from initial contact to closure, accurately forecast and report using cloud based CRM.

You will be growing the customer base by winning new accounts within defined growth markets as well as developing existing accounts from time to time

The Person

  • Have a proven track record in business to business, field based (B2B) sales
  • A solution focused sales professional where you establish needs and then sell to those needs with a value added proposition
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives under the pressure of exceeding sales targets
  • Highly adept at quickly building professional relationships and closing business
  • Excellent networking skills, gaining referrals to develop a pipeline
  • Constantly wanting to improve product knowledge through both self-study and supported development
  • Good commercial acumen and a natural understanding of the sales process

Preferable Skills:

  • Understanding of GPS tracking / Mobile Workforce Management solutions is desired but not essential.
  • Sold SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Consultative, transactional sales approach
