Area Manager wanted to work with and grow defined Automotive Aftermarket buying group customers within the UK for a highly successful manufacturer of automotive components with a global OE manufacturer and automotive aftermarket customer base.

They are continually investing in all areas of their business whichis highlight in their year on year performance which is far exceeding market performance.

The role will consist of working with the global sales manager to ensure designated buying group customers are given excellent customer service. You will manage accounts with the aim to increase the share of account.

You will ideally come from a an automotive aftermarket background whether from a manufacturer, supplier or motor factor. You will understand what is needed to grow your footprint within each of your accounts.

You will be given full training and support. The company will work with you you and provide you with all the necessary support to ensure that you are a success in the role.

So if you are currently working in an internal role within a motor factor or supplier but are interested in developing your career within a field sales role, then this is the role and company for you.

If you like the sound of the above but are from a different industry but fully understand sales processes within a distribution environment i.e. selling into builders merchants etc please apply as the company is looking for aptitude and potential, not just automotive aftermarket experience.

You will ideally be based in the Midlands as you will have a customer base that covers the UK, however, if you have the right attitude and are willing to travel, locations will be considered near motorway networks.
