Area Sales Manager wanted to work with and grow defined Automotive Aftermarket buying group customers within the South of the UK for a highly successful manufacturer of automotive components with a global OE manufacturer and automotive aftermarket customer base.
They are continually investing in all areas of their business, which is highlighted in their year-on-year performance, which is far exceeding market performance.
You will manage buying group members and large independent motor factors with the aim of increasing the share of account.
Ideally, you will have experience managing automotive aftermarket buying groups, IFA, RAPID, PDP, GSF and AAG, among others, or be from a motor factor background and understand the automotive aftermarket.
You will understand the complexities of negotiating with buying group head offices as well as account managing the respective members.
The company will offer you a competitive salary of £40K - £45K, bonus, car allowance, 25 days holidays etc.
You will be based in the South as you will be responsible for growing existing accounts as well as seeking new opportunities.
