Our client, a global player in the Automotive Aftermarket with ambitious growth plans following significant investment is looking for a National Sales Manager for their Auto Electrical business.

If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and methodical, this is is a great opportunity to join a growing company within a global company. 

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Accountable for achieving top end sales figures including company margin expectations.
  • Responsible for management and daily running of the external sales function which includes the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI’s) and building a team of expertise to support this field.
  • Responsible for expanding and developing their current customer base 
  • Monitoring and conducting sales reports to support increases/decreases within your given budget. 
  • Accountable for maximising sales opportunities.
  • Accountable for stock cleanse and consequential loss.
  • Offer internal support to all sales requirements as and when required.
  • Constant development of product knowledge on all product ranges feeding the knowledge through the team.
  • Development and identifying private label opportunities.
  • Address all major customer service concerns / relations from an external perspective.
  • Responsible for scoping all rebate agreements and maintenance of customer spend towards rebate levels.

The Person

  • Commercial experience within the automotive industry
  • Analytical with good IT skills
  • Self motivated and driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Have an open mindset regarding learning and training
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
