Good news, we have an opportunity for a Branch Manager with a market leader in truck and trailer parts distribution.
As the branch manager, you will be responsible for the branch's day-to-day sales and operational management.
You will draw on your commercial vehicle experience to ensure a professionally managed branch delivers the required sales, margin & contribution levels and achieves pre-agreed KPI targets and objectives.
You will be responsible for assigning and directing all work performed in the branch and supervising all areas of sales and operation, ensuring all staff meet set targets.
The company offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 plus benefits.
You will have proven branch management experience, ideally with a sales background. You will come from the truck and trailer parts industry and understand the independent aftermarket.
You will be an assertive and clear communicator who is not afraid to communicate expectations to deliver industry-leading customer service.
Whilst not afraid of delegation, you will also be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
