Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of their product range globally and has an enviable list of global distribution partners. They manufacture and supply products for passenger car, commercial vehicle, off-highway and motorcycle applications.
Their UK headquarters is the distribution centre for their European partners. The company are looking for a UK Business Development Manager to grow and develop key accounts and highlight new potential business within the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
You will be experienced in the car or commercial vehicle sector of the aftermarket. You will be comfortable negotiating with business owners and directors.
You will be comfortable travelling as you will be responsible for the UK, Ireland and Scandinavian accounts.
You will be highly organised, as you will be managing existing accounts whilst scoping out new opportunities.
Ideally, you will live within a commutable distance to Leicester, as it is envisaged you will be based two days a week at the head office.
The company are willing to look at various levels of experience, therefore, salary will be based on your experience between £40K - £45K, plus a 15-20% bonus, car etc.
