As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Be a part of a prestigious name in the UK aftermarket, representing iconic automotive aftermarket brands.
  • Forge relationships, visit motor factors and workshops, and ignite the market with esteemed products.
  • Embrace the opportunity to mould an exclusive customer base in your region, driving the client's vision forward.

No one day will be the same. You will:

  • Champion the sales of their products/services, always keeping a pulse on the market dynamics.
  • Collaboratively craft and deploy business strategies with key account managers, putting customers at the forefront.
  • Immerse yourself in the intricacies of the group brands, outshining competitors with your insights.
  • Facilitate technical training for customers, both at branch and workshop levels, catalysing product sales.
  • Scrutinise sales trends, ensuring optimal profitability and seizing fresh sales campaign opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, capturing the voice of our customers.

The company is looking for two Business Development Managers. One will cover the North, one will cover the South.

The North will cover, South Yorkshire across, including North Wales up to and including Scotland.

The South will cover Nottingham across down to the South West and South East.

You will be prepared to travel and have overnight stays.
