On behalf of our global market leading client, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Automotive Aftermarket.

You will be based within a commutable distance to Worcester. You will be office and field based.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 inc bonus, company car etc.

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual wanting to join the team and grow their automotive channels?

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in developing and managing relationships with key customers, as well as identifying new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing the automotive channels, including car, bus, truck, special applications, off-highway, and motorsport
• Managing existing accounts and developing new business with the UK
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
• Preparing and delivering presentations to customers
• Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in business development, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to achieve results
