Usage Based Insurance Sales Manager - Telematics

Location: Home Based - National role.

The Role

  • To retain and grow the existing Client base and develop the vertical channels and drive sales development in the market through direct lead generation and conversion in line with company sales targets – both in terms of revenue and profit.
  • To directly engage with operations and commercial teams to ensure Customer excellence experience
  • This role demands exceptional interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to deliver high quality output, which demonstrates the ability to understand and achieve results within the context of the Usage Based Insurance (UBI) sector.

The Role purpose

Responsible for the leadership, management and delivery of sales revenue for this market segment. Responsible for In Year Revenue and Total Contract Value targets, developing new business and sustaining existing business through positive Customer Relationships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provides leadership in designing and implementing the business plans in order to grow a viable business in the UK market.
  • Engage, motivate and drive sales opportunities, maximising business potential to meet revenue targets.
  • Build, develop and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective support
  • Identify new market opportunities, design supporting business case and route to Market.
  • Influence key stakeholders to develop and implement a support framework that will deliver sales targets.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to improve the Customer journey
  • Promote and drive initiatives to Increase sales
  • Manage all customer related activities.
