Our client is the largest wholesale distributor of commercial vehicle components in the UK and due to the company's growth, it is seeking a Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working closely within a team supporting the needs and requirements of their existing customer base consisting mainly of distribution outlets such as commercial vehicle motor factors.

Your responsibility will ultimately be to provide the highest quality service to their customers, but will include but not limited to the following:

  • Provide an overall proactive customer care approach to assigned customers
  • To meet and strive to exceed individual KPI’s
  • Able to deal with challenging customer service issues
  • Respond to customer requests effectively and efficiently
  • PRAN clear down to minimise cost value into the department
  • Proactively maximising sales opportunities on inbound calls when providing customer care service
  • Raising credits and feeding back to the customer
  • Claiming for late of missing consignments
  • Conduct daily functions within customer service department
    • Errors
    • Credits
    • Collections
    • Same day deliveries
    • Customer carriage charges
    • Warranty claims
    • Shortages
    • Commercial invoicing
