Our client, a niche automotive parts supplier who are part of a global automotive leader, is looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join their very successful, close knit team.

The role:

  • You will bethe first pint of contact for resolving inbound telephone and email enquiries.
  • You will be advising the customers of progress to orders and deliveries.
  • Processing orders and advising customers of delivery times after consultation with external carrier partners and customs.
  • Record complaints and resolve accordingly.
  • Update and maintain customer records.

The Person

You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and going out of your way to ensure the customer has a great exerience when dealing with the company.

You will have the confidence to build rapport with customers from a global base. You will be professional and articulate in your approach. 

Dealing with customers in the past will have given you the experience to deal with all situations in a calm, considerate and patient manner.
