We have an excellent opportunity with a market leader in the automotive aftermarket for a Customer Service Advisor in Hoyland, Barnsley.

You will enjoy speaking with people and strive to resolve customer queries.

You will be IT literate with basic excel knowledge and highly organised.

You will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge. You will be able to work well in a team. 

The key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide an overall proactive customer care approach to assigned customers
  • To meet and strive to exceed individual KPIs
  • Able to deal with challenging customer service issues
  • Respond to customer requests effectively and efficiently
  • PRAN clear down to minimise cost value in the department
  • Proactively maximising sales opportunities on inbound calls when providing customer care service
  • Raising credits and feeding back to the customer
  • Claiming for late or missing consignments
  • Conduct daily functions within the customer service department
    • Errors
    • Credits
    • Collections
    • Same-day deliveries
    • Customer carriage charges
    • Warranty claims
    • Shortages
    • Commercial invoicing

Hours of work are Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00.
