Great news, we have an opportunity to join an established and market-leading garage software company in the Asia Pacific region that is wanting to grow its presence in the UK within the automotive aftermarket

The person in this role is responsible for providing outcome-focused solutions for its customers in what it calls ‘Client Delight’. 

The terminology of Delight vs Satisfaction is deliberate, in that it's creating an atmosphere of Customer Experience excellence. The solutions may be in the form of support and coaching.

Its global SaaS application has a large user base and its goal is to provide a world-class customer service experience to delight its clients. 

You will be an experienced customer service professional with some software application skills.

You will ideally be based around the Manchester area, as the company are going to set up a UK office in Manchester as the company gains a foothold in the UK market.

The company offer a very attractive basic salary of £26K - £34K. 

As the role will be home-based, you will be a self-motivated and disciplined customer service advisor or customer coach.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or the wider motor trade.
