A fluent German-speaking Sales manager is needed to grow the DACH region for this automotive aftermarket leader.

This well-established market leading company has invested significantly over the last few years and has diversified its product range, resulting in extensively increased turnover and profitability.

You will be an ambitious sales manager or business development manager with experience in the DACH region automotive aftermarket.

The role will involve identifying and growing new distribution partners and managing existing accounts.

  • Responsible for increasing sales and exposure of the company’s products via key automotive aftermarket distributors and retailers, primarily in the DACH region parts market.
  • This is a crucial sales management appointment for the company, and you will have the gravitas to promote new ideas to the business and customer base.
  • You will have Fluency in both the German and English languages as this is an essential requirement to be successful in the role.
  • Monitor, analyse and develop customer spending, and plan and prioritise account base and all sales activities.
  • Working with other departments to provide forecasting to smooth out potential supply chain issues.
  • Monitor and feedback on all competitor activity appropriately.
  • Understand and identify customer sales and ordering trends from sales data, customer spend, part number frequency etc.
  • Travel within the DACH region is involved with this role.

You will ideally be based within a commutable distance to the West Midlands.
