We have a fantastic opportunity to join a long established and respected business supplying fasteners and fixings to the Automotive, Aerospace, Security and Industrial sectors as their Global Sales Manager. The division is part of an industrial group of companies, growing both organically and through acquisitions.
This is more than just a Global Sales Manager role as you will be the most senior person based at their site in Stokenchurch and, as such, you will have an overview of all other functions on the site.
The primary focus of the role is to develop and lead the division's global sales strategy and you will be fully accountable for the sales revenue and margin.
You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to ensure the division delivers a strong customer experience
You will work closely with the Purchasing and Supply Chain departments to achieve divisional stock objectives.
You will enjoy the management aspects of the role as you will support and develop the Sales team so they are continually working to better themselves and work to our core values.
You will have strong commercial acumen and be able to identify opportunities and range gaps, working with Product Management and Engineering to bring to market new products.
Customer focused, you will ensure the team resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
