Our client is a rapidly growing automotive manufacturer seeking an Interim Finance Manager to join their team for a period of 3 to 6 months. The Role

As the interim finance manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities within the organisation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will provide key financial insights and reports to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Management of payroll, ensuring all staff are paid correctly and on time.
• Oversight of accounts payable and receivable and cash flow management.
• Ensuring financial compliance and risk management.
• Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Liaising with external auditors and accountants as required.
• Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
• Excellent command of financial software and MS Office tools.
• Outstanding numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
