Due to retirement, a rare opportunity within a true market leader has arisen for a Key Account Manager. This company is seen as one of the premier OEMs not only within the UK but globally.

You would be responsible for the overall performance, leadership and management of business development for Key Account Groups, leadership and line management of the Senior Sales Representatives.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the company's sales objectives and maximise profitability within agreed budgets for strategic accounts within the UK & Ireland.

You will have the ability to motivate your team and colleagues to achieve the company's aims and objectives. You will be skilled at carrying out analysis and have good financial awareness to formulate and interpret data.

Networking and relationship building will be of second nature to you. A persuasive negotiator, you will be confident speaking and delivering proposals at all levels including 'C suite'.

It goes without saying that you will have immaculate self-presentation to promote and highly respected and professional image.
