Their goal is simple – to create a cleaner, more energy-efficient world through groundbreaking automotive solutions.

The Role in a Nutshell: Marketing Manager - Western Europe

Your main mission will be to craft and roll out market-centric and customer-aligned marketing strategies for Western Europe. By partnering with the commercial teams, your strategies will drive:

  • Enhanced brand visibility, credibility, and loyalty
  • Elevated customer engagement levels
  • Fruitful growth

The company is offering:

  • A basic salary of £52,800 - £66,000
  • 8% bonus
  • Additional employer pension contributions up to 9%
  • 25 days holidays
  • 2 days office based and 3 days remote.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Command and nurture your team across a matrix structure.
  • Innovate and refine processes.
  • Oversee the budget with an eagle eye.
  • Analyse market trends, steer the brand, and spot avenues for growth.
  • Define, assess, and modify pricing strategies.

Your Credentials:

  • A degree (or higher) in Marketing and/or Business.
  • 5 years or more of hands-on experience in marketing, especially in categories like product or trade marketing. If it’s in the Automotive Aftermarket sector, that’s a bonus!
  • A knack for harnessing economic indicators, financial factors, and key business metrics to craft potent strategies that deliver.
  • Previous roles in multi-country marketing, brimming with customer interaction and engagement.

Your Skill Set:

  • An adeptness in converting trends, data, and insights into action-worthy marketing strategies.
  • A robust understanding of multi-channel marketing and optimising each channel for utmost impact.
  • A relentless spirit in tackling intricate challenges head-on. 
  • Stellar communication prowess, laying the foundation for trust-based relationships with every stakeholder.
