As an EMEA OES Account Manager, we have an excellent opportunity to join our client as a vital customer interface and champion their Original Equipment Service (OES) business!

In return, the company will offer you a salary of £42,000 - £48,000, an 8% bonus, 25 days holidays, additional company pension contributions (up to 9%).

As the OES Account Manager, what you will do:

• Be the primary contact for OES customers, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.
• Ensure timely and profitable product supply, exceeding customer expectations.
• Keep track of customer data and manage pricing strategies.
• Identify business development opportunities and strategise to achieve targets.
• Tackle product supply issues and monitor sales performance.

What you need be successful as the OES Account Manager:

• A degree and experience in sales/account management (bonus if it's in automotive or auto parts distribution!)
• Adept at building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Customer-focused attitude, able to exceed expectations and handle pressure.
• Strategic thinking, with a knack for turning visions into action plans.
• Proven success in driving growth, profitability and enhancing brand image.
• Team player with exceptional judgement, coaching skills and a sense of humour.
