Due significant growth, our client, a highly successful multi-site motor factor is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their successful Barnsley branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their existing branch sales team & become a real asset to their business.

It is envisaged that to be a successful parts advisor will be a confident communicator, have an eye for detail and of a persuasive nature.

You will be driven by the fact that this role will enable you to be an integral part of the success of this motor factor.

The key parts of the role involve:

  • Providing their existing customer base with their daily product requirements via Telephone & Sales counter.
  • Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers’ requirements.
  • Ensure we offer high quality customer service day in day out.
  • Communicate offers / promotions to their customer network.
  • Work closely with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed.

You will ideally come from a motor factor background or from a trade parts background.

You will be confident around a computer with basic MS Office skills.
