A highly successful, well established and growing business in Bolney is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. 

Working in a fast-paced office, the role of the Parts Advisor is to provide professional, high-quality administrative support to all of their customers and partners.

You will work alongside the Workshop Controller and support the workshop on administrative tasks.

You will be an experienced parts advisor coming from the automotive aftermarket or dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the organisation, maintenance and inventory of all parts, consumables and returns
  • Ensure stock levels meet business needs by replenishing stock items when necessary, including the workshop and engineer’s vans 
  • Ordering parts
  • Ensure engineers have the correct parts for their jobs and address issues promptly
  • Goods Inbound – ensure parts delivered are booked in, identifying any delays promptly
  • Handing over vehicles to customers and greeting customers in reception
  • Supporting the Workshop Controller scheduling engineer’s work
  • Support the Operations Manager with process improvement
