Our client, a leading global OE manufacturer in sustainable automotive solutions, is seeking a Product Information Management Specialist to join their dedicated team in Warwick.

The company are offering:

  • Base salary of £27,000 - £34,000
  • 8% bonus
  • 25 days holidays
  • Additional pension contributions
  • Hybrid working - 2 days office, 3 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration of the client's part numbers into the global PIM tool (CCU) in alignment with Product Line directives.
  • Drive research to identify or validate new vehicle application connections to existing part numbers, bolstering our client's market presence.
  • Contrast key defined competitors' (KDC) reference details against part numbers to enhance the client's competitive edge.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data storage hubs, namely CCU and Excel files, with insights gathered from vehicle application and KDC research.
  • Consistently update and maintain product relational part number repositories.
  • Facilitate product photography, closely collaborating with professional photographers as needed.
  • Manage TecDoc updates and maintenance.
  • Engage proactively with internal teams, especially Category, Product, and Engineering departments.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, addressing feedback and challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Stand as a beacon of our client's core values, inspiring colleagues with unparalleled dedication and professionalism.

What We Seek:

  • A seasoned professional with at least five years in the Automotive Aftermarket or motor trade business.
  • Prior experience as a Catalogue Specialist within main dealerships or the aftermarket domain would be desirable.
  • A firm grasp on car parts complemented by foundational mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in using TecDoc or derivative systems, such as Teccat/Webcat.
  • Familiarity with ERP and industry-specific Cataloguing/Analytics Tools, notably CCU (though not essential).
  • Stellar communication capabilities.
  • A meticulous nature, underscored by organisational prowess and adherence to schedules.
  • Team spirit enhanced by a proactive attitude and a sprinkle of humour.
  • The aptitude to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, coupled with exceptional time management skills.
  • Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A results-oriented mindset.
