Location: Oxfordshire (commutable from Buckinghamhire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, or Warwickshire)

The Role
As Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll lead the commercial function and shape the company’s growth strategy across both the UK and international markets.
Your focus will be on developing business with OEM and Tier 1 customers, managing key programs, and guiding the sales and marketing team to deliver ambitious but achievable growth targets.
You’ll have the freedom to drive strategy but with the backing of a technically strong, collaborative leadership team who believe in long-term relationships over quick wins.
