We have an opportunity for a Technical and Warranty Manager with a market-leading automotive aftermarket company with a rich history spanning over 50 years.

The company has been going from strength to strength and has facilities in a number of countries and an impressive global customer base to match.

Our client has an exciting role that places you at the heart of the action. If you're all about turbo tech, warranty adjudication, and customer queries, this opportunity is custom-tuned just for you!

As Technical and Warranty Manager, you will be the go-to authority in the branch, responsible for resolving customer technical queries and managing their warranty adjudication process.

You'll exercise your expertise in adjudicating return turbo warranties and will take charge in maintaining the accuracy of all adjudication reports. Your role will involve regularly updating warranty report templates and working on recruiting an apprentice to aid in your endeavours.

With a keen eye on the big picture, you'll be steering the warranty process to align with the business goals. Plus, you will provide valuable insights by preparing monthly trend analysis reports for the turbo management team.

A natural communicator, you'll engage directly with their customers to answer their technical inquiries and share timely technical updates. You'll also lend your knowledge and skills in supporting the turbo team leader to enhance product awareness and quality training among their staff.

Acting as a link between the team and management, you'll share your concerns with the GM and Turbo Commercial Manager and perform other duties as needed.

If you have a solid background in Turbocharger failure modes, familiarity with QHSE Legislation, proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), and excellent written and verbal communication skills, you're the ideal person we're looking for. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, team spirit, and multitasking abilities will be your keys to thrive in this role.
