As the Technical Services Technician, you will be based in Buckingham, and you'll be a vital member of the Technical Services team. You'll provide essential technical support to their global partners and clients, guiding them through the use and maintenance of their high-performance equipment.

What you'll be doing as the Technical Services Technician:

• Remotely troubleshooting technical issues
• Investigating and resolving customer issues
• Managing key regional incidents
• Enhancing our online Technical Help Centre
• Assisting with product testing and customer training

Travel may be on the cards, giving you the opportunity to work directly with equipment and technicians on site.

What you'll need:

• City & Guilds, ONC or HNC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, experience in Mechanical Engineering
• An understanding of pneumatic and/or hydraulic Engineering
• Able to read & interpret technical assembly drawings
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Exceptional communication skills, including with non-native English speakers
• The ability to manage multiple open enquiries and customer demands simultaneously

What they offer:

A basic salary of £27,000 - £33,000, up to 8% bonus, 25 days holidays, the company will match and add 6% employee pension contribution (up to 9%).
