Based in a state-of-the-art training facility in Doncaster, you’ll be at the forefront of automotive innovation, delivering courses that cover workshop diagnostics, electrical and mechanical repair procedures, and more.

• Competitive salary between £34,800 - £43,300 plus an annual bonus.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging and hands-on technical training to service technicians, using a blend of classroom-based and practical teaching methods.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages questions and interaction.
• Collaborate with project teams, dealer networks, and course delegates to ensure training meets high standards and client requirements.
• Maintain and develop course content, ensuring materials are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Support the maintenance and smooth operation of the training facility, including managing workshop equipment and vehicle training fleets.
• Monitor delegate feedback and continually improve course delivery, ensuring exceptional training experiences.
• Stay ahead in your field by attending manufacturer training courses, both in the UK and abroad.
• Support the internal quality assurance process to maintain excellence in training standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in delivering technical training within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of workshop diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest automotive advancements.
