The Role

Provide vehicle programming, and other, services to customers by remotely accessing their diagnostic tool. During the remote access session, the technician will need to operate various applications, updating them as necessary, and keep the customer informed on progress. This also includes making and managing appointments with customers and taking payment from customers where required.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Logical reasoning
  • Team player
  • Ability to follow process
  • Ability to identify errors and escalate as appropriate
  • Ability to remain calm in a pressurised environment
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Microst packages knowledge, Excel etc
  • Remote desktop support
  • System and application configuration
  • Windows 10
