You will understand cars or commercial vehicles and have a real interest in them. You will ideally come from an automotive background, be it mechanic, warehouse operative, driver etc.
You will be a good communicator and not be phased by having to speak with customers who are wanting your help.
You will have a keen eye for detail and will be the type of person who always wants to see job through to a successful completion.
You will not be frightened of change. A change in environment can be off-putting to some, however, you know that in order to get on, you will need to change and adapt.
Finally, you will have a natural desire to provide excellent customer service. Whether that is delivering the right part on time, pick and ship the right part or fit those brake pads on time, you have the desire to keep the customer happy.
