Account Manager – Industrial Parts & Filtration

£50,000 – £55,000 + Annual Bonus + Hybrid Company Car + 25 Days Holiday

If you are an ambitious sales professional with experience selling into industrial sectors such as hydraulics, filtration, dust and fume extraction, manufacturing processes, engineering consumables or industrial parts, this is an opportunity you will want to explore.

 You will have complete autonomy, genuine trust, and the chance to shape the UK's industrial strategy from day one.

The Opportunity

As Account Manager, you will take ownership of the UK industrial sector. You will manage existing accounts which will be limited at the start, open new doors, and build a strong customer base across filtration, industrial equipment, hydraulics, and related sectors.

This is not a role replacing someone or maintaining an established patch.

You will be developing markets, bringing fresh thinking, and directly influencing future hiring as the UK industrial team expands.

Drawing from the job specification, your focus will be to:

•             Identify, target, and win new business across industrial markets

•             Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts

•             Assess the market and feed insights back into the UK strategy

•             Build commercial plans and develop long term customer relationships

•             Support marketing actions and contribute ideas for campaigns

•             Work with UK and European teams to develop the industrial offer

•             Promote the full range of filtration and industrial solutions

You will work remotely, plan your own diary, and travel across the UK as needed.

•             Experience selling into the industrial market. Filtration is ideal but hydraulics, manufacturing, fume extraction or related areas are strongly considered

•             A mix of account management skills and the ability to identify and win new business

•             Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn filtration if needed

•             Ability to work independently without micromanagement

•             Confidence analysing your territory, planning actions, and delivering results

•             A positive mindset and motivation to build something new

•             Full UK driving licence

Experience in rail or biogas would be helpful but not essential.

Above all, the client wants the right person, not just someone who ticks boxes.
