What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about building strong, long-term relationships and becoming a valued partner to your customers.
You’ll:
Grow existing accounts and maximise their performance
Identify and win new business across the Midlands
Use data and account insights to spot opportunities
Visit customers regularly and understand their challenges
Manage stock levels, product focus and sales performance
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Represent the brand with professionalism and technical curiosity
You’ll be trusted to run your region, supported when you need it, and valued for the relationships you build.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in automotive aftermarket sales, field sales, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyse account performance and act on insight
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Ability to manage your own time effectively
Good IT skills and confidence with Excel/CRM tools
Full UK driving licence
