South Wales & South West
£40,000 – £42,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a well-established manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and technical credibility within the automotive aftermarket.

You’ll take over a live territory with existing customers, giving you an immediate platform to build from, while also identifying new opportunities to grow your region.

This means you’re not starting from scratch. You’ll be developing something that already works and taking it further.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing sales across South Wales and the South West, working closely with distributors, motor factors and independent workshops.

You will:

  • Develop and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales performance
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Promote a premium product range into the automotive aftermarket
  • Deliver a high level of customer engagement through regular visits
  • Manage your pipeline and report activity effectively
  • Represent the brand professionally within your region

Your success will be measured by territory growth, customer retention and your ability to generate new business.

About You

You will likely have experience within the automotive aftermarket and understand how distribution and workshop relationships work.

You may currently be:

  • An Area Sales Manager within the aftermarket
  • A Business Development Manager selling into motor factors or workshops
  • Working within automotive parts, components or consumables

You will also bring:

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to manage your own territory effectively

Package

  • £40,000 – £42,000 basic salary
  • Bonus up to 10%

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas shutdown
  • 8.5% employer pension contribution
