Business Development Manager – Automotive Aftermarket
Central England | £40,000 – £44,000 + Bonus | Company Car | Lunch Allowance.
We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager to represent one of the best-known OE brands operating within the UK automotive aftermarket. If you know the factor network, thrive in a commercial sales environment, and want to work for a business that values quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships, this is a role to consider.
What stands out about this role? This is not a typical OE sales role. The business takes care of the admin and reporting, allowing you to focus on what matters in the role: building trusted relationships, influencing product range decisions, and developing long-term factor partnerships.
The Role
Covering the Midlands region, you'll act as the commercial link between the manufacturer and the factor network within your region.
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with motor factors and key trade accounts. This is a field-based position with plenty of variety, from negotiating with business owners, purchasing directors, to joint customer visits with factor representatives to presenting new promotions and attending regional trade events. No one day is the same.
It’s a hands-on sales role that combines relationship management with commercial thinking and market insight.
Your key responsibilities will include:
What’s in it for you?
What we’re looking for:
If you’re ready for a fresh challenge with a respected brand and you want to play a key role in shaping regional success, we’d love to hear from you.
Please click the ‘Apply’ button and Stewart Lupton, JSL Solutions - Automotive & Industrial Aftermarket Recruitment, will be in touch. Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date. Just send what you have, and we’ll deal with that later. Or call Stewart on 07763004067 for more information.
JSL - Recruitment...The Right Way.
Specialists in senior commercial and leadership recruitment for manufacturers and distributors across the automotive and industrial aftermarket.
