What You’ll Be Doing

As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead B2B sales projects from first contact to completion — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering solutions that match each client’s vision.

Your focus will be to:

  • Develop new business opportunities across automotive, industrial, education, and motorsport sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, architects, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to bring bespoke projects to life.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

You’ll be field-based across the UK, with a home and office balance and around 25k–35k driving miles per year — plenty of variety, freedom, and ownership of your territory.

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with a project or design-led product.

Track record in developing and closing new business.

Professional, self-motivated, and confident managing your own schedule.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
