Export Manager – Automotive / Industrial Parts (Bracknell / Hybrid / UK & Overseas Travel)
£40,000 – £50,000 + bonus + car or car allowance + pension + benefits

As the Export Manager, you will lead and grow international sales for a UK manufacturer of modular workshop furniture and systems used in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. You’ll develop distributor strategies, enter new markets, and drive B2B relationships globally. Hybrid working, with frequent UK & overseas travel (approx. 25%–50%).
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the export / international sales strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and coach existing distributors to exceed sales targets
Identify and onboard new distributor partners, negotiating contracts and terms
Research new export markets, performing market entry analysis and competitive intelligence
Lead negotiations with overseas customers, distributors, agencies or OEMs
Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to tailor offer by market
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts / reports / KPIs / dashboards
Resolve export / regulatory / logistics challenges in collaboration with internal teams
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B export / international sales (ideally with distributors)
Proven track record in managing distributor networks and growing export revenue
Strong negotiation and contract-management skills
Proficiency in German and French (written & spoken) — additional languages a plus
Analytical mindset with strategic vision and ability to execute
Comfortable with frequent travel (UK & overseas) and hybrid work
