Parts Advisor – Commercial Vehicles

Belvedere | £32,000 – £38,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor who enjoys helping customers find exactly what they need? Do you have experience in truck, motor factor, or dealership parts, and pride yourself on great service and product knowledge?

You’ll be joining a well-respected commercial vehicle dealer group, supporting customers and technicians with a wide range of parts and accessories for some of the most recognised truck brands in the UK.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be part of a busy, friendly team based in Belvedere, working across both trade counter and internal workshop support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supplying parts to customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Supporting in-house technicians with the parts they need for workshop jobs
• Processing orders, quotes, and deliveries accurately
• Advising customers on parts availability, pricing, and alternatives
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with trade customers
• Ensuring stock is well managed and organised within the parts department

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm and every other Saturday morning

About You

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a commercial vehicle dealer, motor factor, or main dealership environment
• Knowledge of truck parts would be a real advantage, but not essential — a solid automotive parts background will be equally valued
• Confident communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced trade environment
• IT literate with good attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive team player who takes pride in customer satisfaction
