c£35,000 + Hybrid Working + 25 Days Holiday (increasing with service)

The Opportunity

 

In this role, you will learn how to manage product groups, work with suppliers, analyse data and play a key part in developing the product range. Everything you do will directly support the client’s ability to provide a strong, competitive aftermarket offering.

 

You will be involved in:

 

  • Product and Supplier Management
  • Helping manage product groups and shaping range development
  • Building supplier relationships and improving product competitiveness
  • Learning how to negotiate pricing and evaluate supplier performance
  • Technical and Data Development
  • Using your parts knowledge to handle technical queries
  • Updating systems, creating product information and ensuring data accuracy
  • Taking ownership of TecDoc updates and spotting improvements
  • Commercial Analysis
  • Analysing product performance, sales activity and missed opportunities
  • Supporting marketing with accurate technical and commercial information
  • Managing products from introduction through to end of life
  • Every part of this role is designed to help you grow into a confident, well-rounded Product Manager.

  • Have experience with car or commercial vehicle parts
  • Have worked in the automotive aftermarket

  • Are confident using Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Communicate well and enjoy solving problems
  • Are motivated to learn and take on responsibility
  • Experience with EPCs is helpful but training will be provided.
