What You'll Be Doing

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand for your region - supporting distributors, strengthening relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Rather than listing tasks, here’s what this role means for you:

  • Build a region you’re proud of – take ownership of existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Be the trusted partner – advise customers on product ranges, solutions, and commercial opportunities.
  • Grow strategic relationships – work closely with key decision-makers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Guide the commercial direction – analyse turnover, profitability, and market trends to shape your strategy.
  • Stay close to the market – gather insights, monitor competition, and feedback to the wider team.
  • Represent the brand – attend trade shows, support events, and deliver technical and product presentations.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B or automotive sales, ideally in a field-based role
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and grow accounts
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about commercial vehicle parts
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator who enjoys being customer-facing
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a large region
  • Full UK driving licence
