Sales Director – EMEA
UK based, location flexible
£90,000 to £110,000 basic + bonus + car or car allowance + excellent benefits
Take full ownership of international sales and shape the growth of a business operating at the heart of the global energy transition.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially driven sales leader who wants real influence. You will lead sales across the UK, Europe and Rest of World, build and grow a team, and play a central role in a fast-growing, family-run manufacturing business where decisions are made quickly and good ideas are acted on.

The opportunity
You will take responsibility for sales performance across the UK, Europe and selected global markets outside the Americas. This is a true player-coach role, combining hands-on sales leadership with team development and strategic growth.
You will oversee a small, capable sales team, with the opportunity to add headcount as the business grows. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering and product teams, meaning your input directly shapes commercial strategy, product direction and market focus.
The business operates in safety-critical, engineered solutions where quality and performance matter, giving you a strong value proposition when engaging with senior customers.
