This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially driven sales leader who wants real influence. You will lead sales across the UK, Europe and Rest of World, build and grow a team, and play a central role in a fast-growing, family-run manufacturing business where decisions are made quickly and good ideas are acted on.

The opportunity

You will take responsibility for sales performance across the UK, Europe and selected global markets outside the Americas. This is a true player-coach role, combining hands-on sales leadership with team development and strategic growth.

You will oversee a small, capable sales team, with the opportunity to add headcount as the business grows. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering and product teams, meaning your input directly shapes commercial strategy, product direction and market focus.

The business operates in safety-critical, engineered solutions where quality and performance matter, giving you a strong value proposition when engaging with senior customers.


What you will do and what you will achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Own and deliver the sales strategy across EMEA and Rest of World, directly driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead from the front by managing and closing major accounts, giving you credibility and visibility across the business
  • Develop, motivate and grow a high-performing sales team, strengthening capability and future leadership depth
  • Build and expand effective sales channels across multiple European markets, increasing reach and consistency
  • Strengthen relationships with utilities, EPCs, distributors, OEMs and contractors, positioning the business as a trusted long-term partner
  • Identify new product and market opportunities, influencing development priorities and accelerating growth
  • Operate in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment where results, accountability and momentum are valued

What you will bring

This role will suit you if you have:

  • Senior sales leadership experience within industrial, engineered or industrial technology markets
  • A strong track record of growing territories and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience selling through distributors, wholesalers, OEMs and large end users
  • The confidence and credibility to operate at senior customer and partner level
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Strong commercial judgement, organisation and communication skills
  • A proactive, decisive mindset suited to a growth environment
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience in utilities, power, infrastructure or energy-related sectors is beneficial but not essential.
