In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a safe, well-organised, high-performing warehouse operation.
You’ll take ownership of:

Overseeing goods-in, despatch, depot transfers, and export movements.
Conducting regular stock checks, maintaining site inventory integrity, and reducing error rates.
Managing warranty returns and ensuring processes are followed correctly.
Continuous Improvement & KPI Delivery
Monitoring and reporting daily/weekly KPIs.
Driving cost, performance, and customer service improvements.
Leading corrective actions when supplier or service failures occur.
This is a full-ownership role where your decisions directly impact performance, customer promise, and operational excellence.
Strong experience in warehouse leadership or depot operations.
Proven background in stock management, WMS usage, KPIs, and team development.
Knowledge of safe working practices, H&S leadership, and compliance.
Ability to multitask under pressure and prioritise effectively.
Confident communicator who can influence, engage, and lead by example.
Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
25 days’ holiday + bank holidays — generous leave offering.
Annual bonus up to 7.5% — rewarded for your performance and contribution.
Full autonomy to shape and develop the warehouse operation.
Real leadership impact — your work directly influences efficiency, safety, and customer experience.
Supportive culture with ongoing development opportunities.
A role with variety, responsibility, and the chance to make genuinely meaningful improvements.
