The Package

• A basic salary of between £30,000 - £38,000
• 8% bonus
• The company will match and add 6% of your pension contributions (capped)
• 25 days holidays
• Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate on New to Range (NTR) requirements, ensuring alignment with global product strategy and regional market opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional project activities with Purchasing, Engineering, and SC&L teams.
• Oversee product life cycles, from developmental stages to their end of life.
• Become a subject matter expert.
• Engage with regional sales and marketing teams to disseminate crucial information.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and market gaps, particularly in the ICE (Diesel) sector.

You:

• A self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrable skills in Project & Change Management.
• A nuanced understanding of marketplace dynamics in the Automotive sector is preferred.
• An ability to collaborate effectively within multi-cultural, multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, cataloguing systems, and vehicle data.
