Master Technician – Automotive Engineering
West Midlands | Competitive Salary | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Life Cover | 5% Employer Pension Contribution

Are you an experienced diesel/master technician looking to work with a respected name in automotive engineering?
We’re recruiting a Diesel Fuel Injection Technician for a specialist automotive business that rebuilds and remanufactures components to the highest OE standards.

This is a hands-on, workshop-based role where quality, precision, and pride in your work matter. You’ll be working on components from leading OE brands and using your diagnostic, testing, and rebuild skills to deliver exceptional results for customers across a wide range of vehicle applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing faults in diesel fuel injection systems and identifying effective repair solutions

  • Repairing and rebuilding pumps and injectors to OE specification

  • Testing, calibrating, and validating components using manufacturer-approved processes

  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and strict compliance with health & safety procedures

  • Meeting productivity targets without compromising quality

  • Supporting process improvements and workshop efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience working with diesel fuel injection systems

  • Knowledge of Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental, and Stanadyne technologies

  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret test data

  • A good work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
