Do you enjoy spotting patterns in the data, solving supply chain puzzles, and making sure customers always get what they need, when they need it?
We’re looking for a Group Demand Planner to join a busy supply chain team in Marden. This is a newly created role, so you’ll have the chance to make it your own, shape responsibilities as the position develops, and be part of a function that’s critical to the company's growth.

With a reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation, the business supports customers across the UK and globally. The culture is forward-thinking, collaborative, and focused on developing people as much as processes, offering stability, progression, and the chance to make a tangible difference.
What you’ll be doing
Managing product availability across group subsidiaries, ensuring KPIs are met
Improving communication between subsidiaries and the central supply chain team
Monitoring forecasts, stock profiles, and ordering policies to meet sales targets
Analysing demand trends and providing insight for decision-making

Supporting subsidiaries with vendor relationships and stock management
What you’ll bring
2+ years’ experience in demand planning or supply chain
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
Confidence communicating at all levels, from managers to international colleagues
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
A positive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
What’s in it for you?
£30,500 – £33,500 salary depending on experience
