Parts Advisor – Automotive Aftermarket

£36,000 + Bonus | Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 | Alternate Saturdays 8:00–14:00

Are you confident working with trade customers and providing excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone?

We’re recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a busy, well-established motor factor. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around car parts and wants to be part of a supportive team in the automotive aftermarket.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the branch, dealing with trade and retail customers to supply the right parts first time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and supplying car parts to customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• Processing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring great service levels
• Liaising with suppliers to source parts and check availability
• Supporting the branch team to hit sales and service targets
• Maintaining accurate records and handling transactions confidently

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of car parts and automotive components (essential)
• Previous experience in a parts advisor, motor factor, or dealership parts role
• Confident communicator with good customer service skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work in a busy branch environment
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
