£50,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits

This is your chance to join a leading UK chemical manufacturer with exclusive rights to a broad portfolio of high-quality paint systems. Already trusted by major car brands and multiple industrial sectors, they’re looking for someone to take their industrial paints offering to the next level.
Ideally, you will be based in the central belt of the UK; however, consideration will be given to other locations.

What you’ll be doing
Leading the commercial strategy for industrial paints across the UK
Managing relationships with distributors and manufacturing customers as the go-to technical sales contact
Providing hands-on technical support when needed, helping customers with product performance and applications
Identifying and winning new business opportunities in targeted sectors
Leading negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term agreements with a focus on value and margin
Attending trade shows, forums, and customer visits to grow brand presence
Monitoring competitor activity, market shifts, and regulations to stay ahead of the curve
Collaborating with colleagues in sales, technical, and logistics to deliver complete customer solutions
What you’ll bring
At least 5 years’ experience in industrial paints sales/technical roles
Proven track record in B2B technical sales, ideally with distributor networks and end users
Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the independence to make things happen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market
Confidence in using Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
